Role: ITIL / ITSM Coordinator
Location: Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX (3 Days Onsite)

Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced ITSM Coordinators to manage Incident, Problem, Change, and Release processes in an enterprise environment. The role involves owning incidents from triage to resolution, coordinating with cross-functional technical teams, ensuring SLA compliance, and driving operational stability using ITIL best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incident lifecycle including triage, escalation, and resolution
Lead Major Incident bridges and communicate status to stakeholders
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and facilitate post-incident reviews
Coordinate change requests, CAB meetings, and risk assessments
Support release coordination and monitor post-deployment stability
Ensure adherence to SLA/SLO and ITIL processes

Required Skills:

5+ years in IT Operations / Service Management
Strong experience in Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management
Good understanding of ITIL framework (ITIL certification preferred)
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Ability to manage P1/P2 incidents in high-pressure environments

Nice to Have:

Experience in Major Incident Management
Exposure to DevOps / CI-CD
Knowledge of Cloud (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
