Job Title: HVAC & Energy Manager

Location: Riverside, CA (Hybrid)
Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in HVAC design and energy modeling to support sustainable and code-compliant building projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Title 24, CALGreen, LEED, and ASHRAE standards and be capable of contributing to high-performance building designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and support HVAC systems for commercial or residential projects
• Ensure compliance with Title 24, CALGreen, LEED, and ASHRAE standards
• Perform energy modeling using tools such as eQuest, EnergyPlus, IESVE, and Cove.tool
• Analyze building performance and provide recommendations for energy efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with MEP and project teams to deliver sustainable design solutions
• Support documentation for energy compliance and green building certifications

Required Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC system design
• Knowledge of Title 24, CALGreen, LEED, and ASHRAE standards
• Experience with energy modeling tools (eQuest, EnergyPlus, IESVE, Cove.tool)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)
