Job Title
Spatial Data Analyst

Job Description Summary
The key role for the Spatial Data Analyst on a Space Management team is to help solve business problems by working in tandem with strategy to illustrate opportunities to optimize the portfolio, drive savings, and streamline logistic processes. Spatial Data Analysts look at complex sets of information to reach conclusions, and they may also lead the process of collecting and reporting on new data. This role may also serve the greater account and work closely with finance and/or other analysts to keep benchmarking metrics and other baseline metrics up to date. Finally, the analyst may coordinate with the director to define reporting and dashboarding in support of KPI and SLA metrics related to the contract on an account.
Job Description
  • Maintain accurate space data according to defined standards
  • Create exception reports and oversee the validation and update process
  • Process data change requests
  • Create quarterly cost allocation report and oversee the validation of the allocation data
  • Create ad-hoc reporting as requested
  • Assist with metrics analysis and reporting in conjunction with the analytics team
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly service line reporting
  • Assist with documentation of new CAD/CAFM and data governance processes
  • Work within PowerBI/TRIANA for trending, analytics reports, and headcount allocation
  • Maintain work instructions for service line processes

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ 68,000.00 - $80,000.00
