Job Title: Senior AWS Python Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled AWS Python Developer with deep hands-on experience in building, deploying, and scaling cloud-native applications on AWS. The ideal candidate must be very strong in Python development and AWS services, with the ability to design robust, secure, and high-performance solutions in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend applications.

• Architect and implement AWS cloud-native solutions.

• Build and manage services using AWS Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM.

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Implement event-driven and serverless architectures.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure deployment.

• Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Perform code reviews and enforce best coding practices.

• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize cloud costs and performance.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps).

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have)

• Strong expertise in Python (advanced coding, OOP, data structures).

• Strong hands-on AWS experience (minimum 3–5 years).

• In-depth knowledge of AWS services:

  • Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway

  • RDS / DynamoDB

  • CloudWatch, IAM

• Experience building microservices and REST APIs.

• Solid understanding of cloud security, networking, and IAM policies.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Hands-on experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD tools.

• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.

Nice to Have (Good Plus)

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).

• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Experience with event-driven architectures (SNS/SQS).

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.

• Experience in financial services or large enterprise systems.
