Job Title Technology Product Manager, Stores- Point of Sale

Reports to: Director, Product Management, Stores, Customer Care & Shared Services

As a Technology Product Manager of Stores-Point of sale, you will play a crucial role in driving

the success of our products by partnering with other business partners (corporate and store)

to define requirements, drive tech planning and solutioning with engineers, and collaborate

with our agile teams in scrum ceremonies to deliver a modern point of sale for our company.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, a deep

understanding of retail trends and customer needs, and the ability to translate them into

innovative product solutions for our stores.

responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

? Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to create and prioritize the product

roadmap. Clearly communicate product plans, features, and timelines to cross-functional

teams and executive management.

? Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept

ideation to launch. Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to translate

requirements into actionable plans and deliver high-quality products on time.

? Agile Product Management: Implement agile methodologies to ensure efficient and

effective product development. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, provide clear

product requirements and user stories, and resolve any roadblocks that may arise.

? Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including store

associates, area and regional leadership, and store operations, to gather input, align

priorities to a roadmap, and ensure successful product launch and adoption through

collaboration with the Learning & Development team on Training..

qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

? strong understanding of product management methodologies, including agile

development practices with solid written skills for creating product documentation.

? Self starter who is curious and will be resourceful to get questions answered and keep

the teams moving forward.

? Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

? Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels

of the organization.

? strong user-centric mindset and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

? Experience with Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira)

Experience Required:

? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional years of experience in lieu

? Proven track record as a Product Manager, with at least 3 years of experience in a retail

organization

? Demonstrated success in leading the end-to-end product lifecycle and delivering

high-quality products on schedule.

? Experience with data-driven decision making and proficiency in analyzing product

performance metrics.

Experience preferred:

? Product management experience building or implementing a point of sale system

? Experience working with a 3rd party saas solution
