Role Overview
This Java Developer position will be part of the Wholesale Credit Systems Technology team. The role involves working closely with scrum masters, subject matter experts, technology leads, and business analysts to refine project work and develop features using an agile methodology. The position requires a commitment to proper unit and functional testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop solutions and processes for delivering features based on design and architectural patterns.
- Work within an Agile/DevOps framework to develop and test new features.
- Provide technical direction and leadership to the team.
- Write proficient SQL queries for database interaction.
- Create and maintain unit tests and support QA test automation frameworks.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in core Java programming is necessary. Experience in the commercial credit domain and banking is required.
Technical Skills:- Core Java
- ReactJS
- SQL Queries
- UI scripting languages (JavaScript, jQuery, React, or Angular JS)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and UI - JavaScript.
- Experience with QA Test Automation Frameworks (e.g., RAFT, Selenium Framework, Octane, Cucumber Reports).
- A Master's degree in Computer Science is desired.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is between $60.00 and $65.06 per hour. Please note that this is a contract role and benefits may differ from full-time employment.
