Summary
Vaco is recruiting for W2 NetSuite Lead for a role in Charlotte, NC. Must be able to work on a W2 basis (no sponsorship or 3rd party vendors). Local to Charlotte, NC as this is an on-site role.

Required skills:
- 7+ years in ERP, business systems, or NetSuite-focused delivery roles
- Deep hands-on NetSuite experience, particularly in finance, inventory, and operational modules
- Background supporting inventory-heavy, multi-entity, or operationally complex organizations
- Experience working across multiple phases of NetSuite programs, such as process design, operational alignment, data readiness, or go-live execution
- Strong understanding of how early design decisions affect downstream reporting, controls, and support effort
- Comfortable working directly with CFOs, Controllers, operations leaders, and internal program owners
- Clear, pragmatic communicator who can move between detailed system conversations and executive-level discussions
