Summary

  • SAP S/4HANA / IS-U: Strong functional and technical understanding of utility business processes, particularly Meter-to-Cash, Billing, Invoicing, FI-CA, Meter Reading, and Device Management for gas and electric utilities.
  • BPEM Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP Business Process Exception Management, including exception monitoring, BPEM case management, error analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of failed business transactions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP IS-U background jobs, interfaces, data processing, and integration issues. Ability to work with ABAP, BASIS, and functional teams to investigate and resolve exceptions.
  • Utilities Experience: Prior experience with electric or gas utility companies is highly preferred, ideally supporting SAP IS-U or S/4HANA Utilities implementations.
