Your expertise will directly contribute to streamlined operations and enhanced reporting capabilities in a fast-growing company located in downtown Houston, TX. Required Skills:

  • 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, modeling, and management, with a focus on process improvement and automation
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases
  • Advanced expertise in Power BI and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes and data architecture
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience developing custom Power Apps and Power Automate workflows
  • Knowledge of enterprise data lake strategies and modern data platform solutions
  • Familiarity with ETRM systems, especially Endur
  • Exposure to LNG operations or energy trading environments

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant industry experience
  • Proven track record in energy trading, process automation, and KPI reporting
