Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting and Core HCM Consultant with proven expertise in designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Workday Recruiting and Core Human Capital Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess active Workday certifications, multiple end-to-end Workday implementation experiences, and deep functional knowledge of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, business processes, organizational structures, and employee lifecycle management. The consultant will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and business stakeholders to drive process improvements, optimize Workday functionality, and deliver scalable global solutions.
Required Qualifications
Active Workday Recruiting Certification
Active Workday Core HCM Certification
5+ years of Workday functional consulting experience
Participation in 3 or more full lifecycle Workday implementations
Experience with global Workday deployments
Strong understanding of Workday security, business processes, reporting, and integrations
Proven experience leading client workshops, design sessions, testing, and deployments
Bachelor s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

Support recruiting-related integrations and third-party vendor solutions.
