Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Analyze business requirements, operational processes, and system issues to support application enhancements and business objectives.
- Coordinate incident management, issue tracking, and problem resolution activities while maintaining accurate documentation and status reporting.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate communication, prioritize work, and support solution delivery.
- Participate in testing, process improvement initiatives, operational reporting, and business documentation to ensure successful system operations.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
7+ years of experience in business analysis, production support, incident management, or enterprise system support.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
Business Analysis, Incident Management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), JIRA, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, Reporting Tools, SDLC
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Requirements Analysis, Process Improvement, Stakeholder Management, Production Support, Problem Management, Operational Reporting
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in maintenance and operations environments.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and issue management processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
