Job Title: Junior Full Stack Developer (PowerApps and React/Node/Python)

Key Responsibilities:
• Speed to Prototype: Build and deploy internal MVP tools (Minimum Viable Products) within 1–2-week sprints.
• Internal Integration: Use custom code and PowerApps to build Client compliant dashboards and data-entry tools for the client.
• AI Orchestration: Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to generate 80% of boilerplate code, focusing your human energy on the complex 20% of client-specific business logic.
• Accessibility: Ensure all internal tools meet State accessibility standards immediately upon deployment.
General Experience: The proposed candidate must have at least two (2) years of computer experience in at least two of the following disciplines: systems analysis, systems programming, application programming, and/or equipment analysis.
Specialised Experience: The proposed candidate must have at least one (1) year of experience developing applications using advanced technologies such as Internet protocols or web-based technology. Technologies include HTML, CGI applications, PERL or JavaScript, and Java.
• Fast-Paced Delivery: Must have a portfolio of weekend projects or rapid enterprise builds that went from concept to production in under a month.
• Internal Tooling: Experience building admin panels, internal CRUD apps, and data visualisation tools.
• Full Stack + PowerApps: 5+ years of custom dev (React/Node/Python) plus professional experience in PowerApps/Dataverse.
Education: This position requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related scientific or technical discipline; or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field.
