Construction Lead III – Oil & Gas
West Texas Field-Based | W2 Contract |

Location: Within 3 hours of Midland, San Angelo, or Toyah, TX. This is a 100% field-based role.

Requirements:

10+ years of construction, inspection, or site supervision experience.
Strong knowledge of oil & gas facility construction and surface equipment.
Experience with contractor oversight, safety compliance, startup, and commissioning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities:

Oversee field construction, contractors, project progress, and safety.
Coordinate material deliveries, work orders, and project reporting.
Support incident investigations and facility handover.
