Role: Electrical Power Distributions Engineer
Location: ON SITE 5 days a week in Lebanon, IN
Duration: 3 years
2 Interviews (Both Virtual)
Pharma experience big plus
Must Have:
- 10+ years electrical PM experience
- Mega or large project experience (no specific number but 10M+)
- Ability to work with EPCM and oversee their work and report to key stakeholders
- Strong understanding of 120/208 and 277/480 voltages
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong Electrical Power Distribution background to support a large, high visibility capital project. This role is ideal for a senior PM who understands how electrical power systems work, can manage complex scopes, and thrives in a fully onsite environment.
This position offers exceptional exposure to a mega project, working alongside seasoned engineering, construction, and trade teams on critical electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management activities for electrical power distribution scope
- Manage schedule, budget, scope, risk, and field execution for assigned electrical packages
- Coordinate with electrical engineers, contractors, inspectors, and construction teams
Oversee installation and integration of:
- Power distribution systems
- Electrical panels and switchgear
- Outlets, lighting, and associated infrastructure
- Manage normal power transfer systems (non-emergency)
- Ensure work aligns with electrical principles, drawings, specifications, and industry standards
- Drive field execution, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders
- Provide regular status reporting to project leadership
Required Background & Experience
- 10+ years of Project Management experience, with a strong preference for senior level PMs
- Electrical background with a solid understanding of:
- Electrical principles and how power distribution systems function
- Power distribution, panels, outlets, and lighting systems
