Notes :

  • On the 2nd step of their HR system evolution
  • Instance of ADP That’s servicing payroll, benefits, basic employee management but every HR process (besides recruiting that’s in iCims) used to be manual in Taleo until they switched to ADP
  • Implemented cornerstone – does learning, performance and goal setting, potentially succession and comp soon
  • Projects on deck: Modernizing attendance tracking , comp planning, etc.- all have an ADP impact
  • Built out a data platform underneath everything (iCIMS, cornerstone, and ADP data ALL need to integrate into system)
  • Don’t think they’re in awful shape w configuration but suspect there are efficiencies they can maintain
  • New NYC law, unpaid and paid leave reporting and where they’re located while working
  • Considering integrating attendance data which would lead to a separate project
  • LOOKING FOR an ADP System Admin  – if you’re in the ADP ecosystem, they’ll have hit all 3 at some point in some capacity but not a dealbreaker if they don’t hit all 3 of them
  • Would be good to find someone who worked direct at ADP at some point
  • Do NOT need a “power user” for this
  • Looking for someone who knows the front end of the systems
  • An ex-implementation partner would be great as well or someone who’s been involved in the change mgmt. of a mini implementation
  • 3 WORK STREAMS THAT HAVE AN ADP IMPACT:
  1. Modernizing Attendance tracking (#1 priority)
  2. Comp analysis
  3. Position mgmt.
  • Have 7-8 months to get this ASSESSEMENT done (mid-end of November)
  • Assessment first and implementation in 2027
  • Attendance part needs to happen sooner than later bc of the new Law (can implement this part 1st)
  • Looking for a true ADP partner they can count on to help them decide on next steps – pop in and out of business and understand them well
  • Might have to do more discovery to decide if they need a consultant/project fixed fee vs. staff aug contractor
  • This person will help do a deep dive into what they need
  • They don’t know what they don’t know

 

ADP Implementation Consultant

We’re seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to support our ADP platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at problem‑solving, and enjoys guiding clients through complex HCM transitions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping organizations configure, adopt, and optimize their payroll and HR technology.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead clients through full‑cycle assessment and implementation for 3 work streams (attendance, comp & position management)
  • Oversee and execute data conversion, validation, auditing, and overall data integrity.
  • Facilitate client training sessions, develop rollout strategies, and support change management.
  • Analyze client needs and design creative, scalable solutions to improve their HR and payroll processes.
  • Serve as the client’s advocate—quickly learning their structure, ensuring compliance, meeting deadlines, and driving successful outcomes.
  • Provide clear communication, documentation, and project management across multiple concurrent client engagements.

  • Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and client‑facing skills; comfortable being the primary point of contact.
  • Growth mindset: Motivated to learn new systems, expand skillsets, and evolve professionally.
