Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

2+ years of experience in data center operations or a related field.
Proficiency in asset management and infrastructure monitoring systems.
Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage complex tasks autonomously.
Experience following documented processes for hardware and logistics troubleshooting.
Familiarity with data center tools, office productivity software, and ticket management systems.
Ability to lift and move equipment up to 100 lbs with assistance.
Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Experience:

2+ years of experience in data center operations or a related field.
Experience with hardware troubleshooting and hypervisor issue resolution.
Experience in rack and stack installations.
Experience working in onsite data center environments.

Responsibilities:

Monitor data center operations and check for emergent alerts through monitoring platforms.
Perform rack and stack installations, ensuring proper power and asset management.
Perform troubleshooting and in-depth repairs of hardware and hypervisor issues while following documented processes.
Facilitate communication and collaboration with the data center capacity team and R&D personnel.
Assist as part of a team of onsite contacts for networking, automation, and capacity teams.
Support operational excellence within data center facilities.
Contribute to data center operational redesign initiatives and infrastructure improvements.
