The Epic Analyst will be utilized to support our current work . This will include maintenance and incident tickets, and request fulfillment.
Qualifications
Epic Certification (or accreditation) in Clindoc/ASAP
Epic Build Experience 2+ year in the module they will be supporting
5 years of experience
Experience with tickets and troubleshooting
Location - REMOTE / EST work hours
Tentative Duration - 12 - 18 months
Interview process - Glider assessment + 1 - 2 round of video interviews.
