We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This permanent position will offer you the opportunity to work on some of the most cutting-edge technologies in the industry today. The successful candidate will play a key role in our manufacturing process, from product launches to production. You will also be in charge of using engineering software such as Creo and ProE, working with AWS, interpreting blueprints, and performing audits. This position requires a strong understanding of welding processes and a keen eye for quality.
Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Leading product launches, ensuring all engineering aspects are meticulously handled from concept to final product.
2. Overseeing the production process, making sure it is carried out efficiently and meets company standards.
3. Utilizing engineering software such as Creo and ProE for product design and manufacturing process optimization.
4. Working with AWS (Amazon Web Services) for data management and cloud services.
5. Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate manufacturing.
6. Performing regular audits to assess the efficiency of manufacturing processes and recommending improvements.
7. Utilizing your expertise in welding to ensure the quality and integrity of our products.
8. Maintaining a strong focus on quality, ensuring all manufactured products meet or exceed our stringent quality standards.
9. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this Manufacturing Engineer position will have:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
3. Proven experience with product launches and overseeing production processes.
4. Proficiency in engineering software such as Creo and ProE.
5. Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) for data management and cloud services.
6. Comprehensive knowledge of welding processes.
7. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
8. Experience conducting audits and implementing process improvements.
9. Strong focus on quality and detail-oriented approach to work.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
