Senior AI Developer

MANAGER NOTE: For the Sr.Developers, AI skills are very important. They should consider themselves experienced developers who are now vibe-coding. They should be able to produce high-quality code using AI tools (with their custom setup) and then review and optimize it.

INTERVIEW PROCESS: 2 technical rounds

TEAM SIZE: 100+, but the new members will operate a small team outside regular team

Job Description:

Purpose/ Mission Of Team:

• We have identified improvements required in our backend code and infrastructure.
• We are planning to use AI to implement these improvements, hence the team will work a small unit (together with senior members from existing team) in parallel to the regular dev team to try AI improvement suggestions and test the outcomes.

Detailed Job Description:

• (full stack .Net + ReactJS having good experience with AI tools GitHub Copilot/Claude Code), 1 QA (automation with AI), and one Devops/Infra person (Kuberbetes+ Kafka expertise).

Education And Experience Requirement:

• Expertise in using Github Copilot is critical.
• .Net C# microservices & React is our tech stack, we use on-prem K8S, Kafka, PG, Redis, Apache Druid, ELK in our stack
