Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

Architect and implement robust Pega applications using PRPC and related frameworks.
Configure UI components, case types, business rules, and integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs).

Testing & Quality Mindset

Adopt a one-team mindset to meet sprint objectives and maintain quality.
Perform unit testing for all developed components (always in scope).
Participate in black-box testing as needed, including testing peers code (never own code).
Collaborate with QA leads; step in when QA is unavailable or at capacity.
Support cross-testing to accelerate delivery and remove bottlenecks.

Technical Leadership

Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards.
Conduct peer code reviews and provide technical guidance.

Release & Environment Management

Oversee release cycles, environment setup, and version control.
Ensure smooth deployments and adherence to DevOps practices.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and product owners to define technical solutions.
Conduct show-and-tell sessions to demonstrate progress and validate requirements.

Support & Maintenance

Provide production support, including issue triage and root cause analysis.
Ensure compliance with organizational security and data handling standards.
