Location: Alpharetta, Georgia (Hybrid)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support HR-related initiatives for a large financial services institution undergoing a major HR transformation. The role involves bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on delivering E360-related efforts. This position will work closely with HR and Technology teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, progress is tracked, and solutions align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements for HR initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between HR stakeholders and project teams.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and create user stories.
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including creating test plans and test cases.
- Track and manage issues, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
- Monitor project progress, escalate blockers, and support change management efforts.
- Define workflows and business rules to ensure requirements are accurately translated into technology solutions.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Experience serving as a Business Analyst on HR systems implementations or transformations. Candidates must have experience working in large corporations, complex organizations, or enterprise-scale environments. Must be comfortable navigating large organizations, working with senior leaders, and managing complex stakeholder groups.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of HR processes, HR technology platforms, and HR data management. Experience writing requirements and user stories is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the financial services industry is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Microsoft E360/D365 is beneficial.
Work Environment
This role operates on a hybrid work schedule. While there is no strict office attendance requirement, candidates should be flexible to collaborate in person as needed.
