We are looking for two highly skilled Manual Medicaid Tester with deep expertise in Healthcare Claims Processing and MMIS (Medicaid Management Information Systems). This role is perfect for a senior professional who thrives in complex, multi-vendor environments and prefers manual analysis and strategy over automation.

Quick Overview

Location: Richmond, Virginia (23219)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Shift: EST

Interview Process: Virtual (TEAMS) with the possibility of a final In-Person interview.

Core Responsibilities

Systems Analysis: Conduct impact analysis for system changes and enhancements within Claims, Finance, and Member modules.
Testing Leadership: Lead SIT, UAT, and End-to-End (E2E) testing cycles.
Defect Management: Direct defect triage calls across multiple vendors to ensure timely resolution.
Data Validation: Use Teradata and SQL to perform complex data validation, mapping, and ETL testing.
Agile Collaboration: Validate user stories and design test cases within iterative sprint cycles.

Required Skills & Experience

Healthcare Claims: 5+ years of experience with MMIS or large-scale healthcare claims software (Mandatory).
Testing Seniority: 12+ years of experience in SIT, UAT, and E2E coordination.
Manual Testing Mastery: 10+ years in manual test scenario development and execution (No automation required).
Technical Tools: Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Teradata/SQL, and Mainframe/DB2 environments.
Soft Skills: Strong debugging skills and the ability to act as a senior liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
