Job Title: ETL Developer / Data Warehouse Developer
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months (with potential for extension)
Start Date: estimated - 10/1/26
W2 Hourly Rate: $50-$55/hour

Overview:

We are seeking an ETL Developer / Data Warehouse Developer who will support our NYC client. This role will develop and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines that extract, transform, and load data from source systems into a central data warehouse supporting analytics and operational reporting. The developer will contribute to requirements analysis, design specifications, data modeling, and performance optimization to help improve service effectiveness, timeliness, quality, and operational insights.

Duties:

Gather and analyze business and technical requirements and develop design specifications for data warehouse and reporting solutions.
Design and develop ETL/ELT data pipelines to extract data from source systems and transform and load it into the target data warehouse.
Perform data modeling to support data warehouse and data lake solutions.
Optimize data pipeline and data warehouse performance to support reliable and efficient data processing.
Support data movement, integration, and reporting needs that enable analytics and operational insights.

Mandatory Qualifications:

10+ years of experience at a Tier 3 level in ETL development, data warehouse development, or closely related data pipeline development.

Desirable Qualifications:

4+ years of experience with Data Integrity.
4+ years of experience with Data Lineage Analysis.
4+ years of experience with Data Management.
