Job Title: SAP EAM Senior Consultant
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Location: Remote (Travel may be required)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Senior Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to design, configure, and implement EAM solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments. This role will focus on asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM) implementations, rollouts, and support projects.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EAM functional solutions.

• Configure and customize maintenance processes including preventive maintenance, work orders, notifications, and asset management.

• Support SAP S/4HANA EAM implementation or migration projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP MM, Finance, and Supply Chain for integrated asset management solutions.

• Design and optimize maintenance strategies, asset hierarchy, equipment master data, and functional locations.

• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and user training with business stakeholders.

• Provide solution architecture guidance and best practices for asset lifecycle management.

• Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.

• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and integrations.

• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP EAM / SAP PM.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM implementations or migrations.

• Strong knowledge of asset management, maintenance planning, work management, and reliability processes.

• Experience configuring notifications, work orders, preventive maintenance plans, task lists, and equipment master data.

• Knowledge of integration with SAP modules such as MM, FI, and Supply Chain.

• Experience with SAP Fiori apps for EAM is preferred.

• Strong understanding of business process design and SAP best practices.

• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud implementations.

• Exposure to SAP Mobility solutions for EAM or SAP Asset Manager.

• Knowledge of integration with IoT or predictive maintenance solutions is a plus.

• SAP certification in EAM or Plant Maintenance preferred.
