MSRC is seeking a full-time mechanical engineer to support a variety of activities in the DEVCOM AvMC S3I Prototype Integration Facility (PIF).
Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide project management and technical integration for Army aviation efforts throughout the acquisition life cycle.
- Support the integration and test of sensors and payloads for Army aviation platforms.
- Assess materiel performance and historical quality issues.
- Support program and technical reviews.
- Define and implement technical solutions to meet performance requirements.
- Travel to test sites as required.
Education:- Mechanical Engineering degree from an accredited college or university.
Job Qualifications:- Candidate must have 2 years of experience in a technical working environment.
- Candidate must have electrical cable assembly and test experience.
- Candidate must have experience with precision, microscope assisted soldering techniques.
- Python programming experience is a plus.
Additional Requirements:- Candidate must currently possess and be able to maintain an active security clearance.
