Summary

Role: Oracle EBS R12 Sourcing & Procurement Functional Consultant

Location: Clevland, OH (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months

 

 

Seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant to support a procurement transformation project involving Oracle Purchasing, Sourcing, iSupplier, iProcurement, raw material planning, Inventory, and Receiving

 

Required Experience

  • 12+ years of Oracle EBS R12 functional experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Purchasing, Sourcing, iSupplier, iProcurement, Inventory, and Receiving.
  • Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, supplier collaboration, and procurement operations.
  • Experience with cross-functional integrations involving Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, and Finance.

 

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and prepare functional design documents.
  • Understand existing custom procurement and sourcing business processes, evaluate current customizations, and recommend scalable Oracle EBS R12 standard solutions or enhancements.
  • Analyze business gaps and provide functional solution designs leveraging Oracle R12 best practices.
  • Configure Oracle Procurement modules based on business requirements.
  • Support data conversion, testing (SIT/UAT), training, and deployment activities.
  • Work closely with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Support issue resolution during implementation and post-go-live stabilization.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with supplier portals and EDI integrations.
  • Knowledge of Oracle RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
