OCM Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in San Francisco, CA, Rocklin CA or San Jose, CA that is seeking an Organization Change Management Consultant - PIM/MDM Transformation.

Project Description:
Undergoing a large-scale transformation to modernize and standardize product and SKU management processes through the implementation of a new PIM platform. This initiative will impact multiple brands and business teams across the organization, requiring a dedicated OCM professional to drive user adoption, training, communications, and stakeholder engagement. This individual will partner closely with product teams, business stakeholders, operations teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technology.

Details:
* Initial rollout currently underway for smaller brands, with larger brand migrations planned throughout Q1 and Q2
* Significant focus on user adoption, feedback collection, process stabilization, and training effectiveness
* Close collaboration with Product Management, Operations, and cross-functional business teams
* Opportunity to support a highly visible enterprise transformation initiative with a strong likelihood of extension beyond the initial engagement

Duties:
* Develop and execute the Organizational Change Management strategy supporting the rollout of a new PIM capability
* Partner with Product Management, Operations, Business Teams, and System Integrators to drive user readiness and adoption
* Organize, review, and enhance existing training materials, learning content, and documentation
* Build and manage the overall training framework, curriculum, and rollout plans
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, feedback collection, and issue tracking
* Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and identify change risks across affected teams
* Act as a hands-on change agent who can both develop strategy and execute tactically

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience supporting enterprise technology implementations
* Experience supporting enterprise PIM, Master Data Management, Product Data, ERP, or similar business transformation initiatives
* Prior experience with PIM, MDM, Product Data Management, ERP, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or similar business process transformation programs
* Strong background creating and delivering training programs, user guides, communications, and adoption strategies
* Experience supporting UAT activities and user readiness initiatives
* Proven ability to work effectively with Director-level stakeholders and cross-functional business teams
* Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on execution roles
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Nice to Haves:
* Retail, eCommerce, merchandising, or consumer products industry experience
* Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms or Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives
* Experience supporting multi-brand organizations
* Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent
* Experience working alongside global system integrators (Infosys, Accenture, Deloitte, etc.)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
