Summary

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and working with large language models (LLMs) to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI/ML models and scalable solutions for real-world applications
Build and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, etc.)
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training
Implement NLP solutions using transformer-based architectures
Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific use cases
Develop and manage end-to-end ML pipelines using MLOps practices
Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, pgVector) for embeddings and semantic search
Perform prompt engineering and optimize model outputs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Product Managers, and DevOps
Monitor model performance and ensure scalability, reliability, and accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong programming skills in Python
Hands-on experience with AI/ML, deep learning, and NLP
Experience with LLMs, transformers, and Generative AI frameworks
Knowledge of ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
Experience with MLOps tools and model deployment
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical techniques
Experience working with large datasets and distributed systems
Familiarity with REST APIs and backend integration
