Summary
Core Role Summary
Support-focused Site Reliability Engineer responsible for leading major incident response across cloud, on-premises, and enterprise POS environments. Owns incident command, root cause analysis, production troubleshooting, observability improvements, and reliability initiatives while partnering closely with engineering teams. This role includes hands-on engineering, travel to store locations, and participation in an on-call rotation.
