US IT Staffing – Account Manager / Business Development Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in US IT Staffing Sales / Account Management

• Successful track record in Direct Client, MSP, or SOW-based engagements

• Strong competency in lead generation, new client acquisition, and revenue expansion

• Excellent communication, listening, presentation & negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working with CRM systems, MS Office, and reporting tools

• Knowledge of ServiceNow – Sales module (preferred)

🔥 Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

• Acquire new US IT clients and generate staffing opportunities.

• Expand revenue within existing accounts by identifying white-space and new opportunities.

• Conduct end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, outreach, meetings, presentations & closures.

• Generate referrals to reach new decision-makers and client teams.

Delivery & Execution

• Work closely with Recruiting Teams to ensure quality submissions and timely delivery.

• Monitor the full staffing lifecycle—from requirement intake to onboarding.

• Resolve any delivery challenges quickly to maintain high client satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for assigned accounts.

• Interact daily with client hiring managers to gather and clarify job requirements.

• Build strong relationships through networking and referrals.

• Deliver capability & value-proposition presentations to senior IT leadership.

🚫 Mandatory Requirement Summary (Strict Criteria)

Candidates must have:

• Minimum 5 years of US IT Staffing Sales / Account Management experience

• Demonstrated ability to acquire NEW clients (Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, Implementation Partners)

• Experience managing mid-size to large staffing accounts

• Proven ability to drive new business, account growth & revenue

• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills

• Experience working in a metrics-driven, fast-paced US staffing environment
