Position: GoLang Developer/ Lead
Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite)
Duration: 6 to 12+ Months Contract
Job Description:
Experienced Golang Backend Developer/ Lead responsible for driving the design and development of high-performance, scalable backend systems using Golang.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend services and APIs using Golang.
- Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performing microservices solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliverables.
- Guide and mentor engineering teams, promoting best practices, code quality, and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, scalability, and system reliability issues.
- Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and communicate risks and status to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the Golang ecosystem and emerging technologies, applying improvements where needed.
