Looking for experienced Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID (Azure AD) Administrator to support a large, multi-domain, multi-tenant identity environment. This role is responsible for supporting hybrid identity environments, including secure authorization and compliance across on-premises and cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate has recent technical expertise in AD and Entra ID, strong security awareness, proven troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience supporting enterprise-scale identity solutions.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory including users, groups, file share permissions, and other enterprise platforms.
- Provision and de-provision of access across multiple systems
- Act as an escalation point for security problems not resolved by the IT Service Desk
- Ensure compliance and adherence with corporate security controls and standards
- Analyze and resolves problems with user and/or data access. Proactively identifies basic security problems and presents/develops solutions
- Participate in data clean-up efforts with direction from management. Performs Active Directory data updates and normalization
- Assists with Role mining/development activities where necessary
- Communicate effectively with team members, internal stakeholders, and management
Must Haves
Bachelor s degree / University degree
2+ years of IT experience with B.A or B.S.
Familiarity with ITSM tools (E.g. ServiceNow)
Familiarity with Identity Solutions (Sailpoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt)
Privileged Access Management Solutions (such as Delinea, CyberArk, Beyond Trust)
Demonstrated understanding of user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control concepts
Strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and techniques
Nice to Haves
Working knowledge of AWS, Linux/Unix
Foundational knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting
Ability to establish and revise processes/documents based on new and changing security requirements.
Demonstrated knowledge of information security policies, standards, and/or governance controls in complex computing environments.
