Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on BI Architect with strong experience in Tableau, Looker, LookML, Python, and AI/GenAI. The role will involve designing BI solutions, building dashboards and data models, and working closely with business and data teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable BI and analytics solutions.
Build interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Looker.
Develop and maintain LookML models, explores, and semantic layers.
Use Python for data analysis, automation, and analytics solutions.
Apply AI/GenAI capabilities to improve reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
Work with data engineering teams on data models, pipelines, and data quality.
Define BI architecture, standards, governance, and best practices.
Troubleshoot performance and optimize dashboards and queries.
Work hands-on with development while also providing technical direction.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Tableau and Looker.
Good knowledge of LookML and semantic modeling.
Strong Python programming and data analysis skills.
Experience with SQL, data modeling, and BI architecture.
Exposure to AI/GenAI and its application in analytics/BI.
Strong understanding of dashboard performance, visualization, and BI best practices.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

11+ years of experience in BI/Analytics, with strong hands-on technical experience in modern BI platforms.
