Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP S/4HANA applications, custom enhancements, interfaces, and business-critical solutions using SAP ABAP and related technologies.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and implement scalable, high-quality SAP solutions.
- Develop and support SAP Fiori/UI5 applications, RAP-based services, and integrations using SAP BTP technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and support CI/CD and Agile delivery practices.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development with expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori/UI5, enterprise integrations, and Agile software development.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
SAP ABAP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming), SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP API Management, GitHub/GitLab
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Enterprise Application Development, Supply Chain Management, Requirements Analysis, System Integration, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
|
|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, Cloud Application Programming (CAP), API Hub/API Management.
- Experience supporting Product Sourcing, Quotation Management, and Supply Chain solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
