Responsibilities:
• Execute and support release and deployment processes in partnership with Release Managers to ensure a stable, high-quality player experience
• Coordinate across development, operations, QA, and product teams to keep releases on schedule and aligned with delivery goals
• Monitor build pipelines, release tooling, and deployment systems, escalating risks and troubleshooting issues as needed
• Support ongoing improvements to CI/CD workflows, release processes, and pipeline reliability
• Maintain release readiness through build tracking, version control, configuration management, and deployment coordination
• Assist with live incident response related to releases, ensuring timely communication and resolution
• Create, maintain, and execute release runbooks for recurring patches and deployments across PC and console environments
• Coordinate build submissions, certification processes, and partner deliveries while ensuring compliance with timelines and requirements
• Track release KPIs, RCA follow-ups, and integration issues to identify trends and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement fixes, automation, and long-term pipeline improvements
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in Release Management, QA, Live Operations, DevOps, or similar roles within PC software or live service environments
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and development tools such as Jenkins, Git, Perforce, JIRA, or Datadog
• Strong understanding of release workflows, deployment coordination, and live service operations
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, manage escalations, and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in fast-paced production environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience supporting PC, console, or cross-platform release environments preferred
• Familiarity with automation workflows, release metrics, and operational reporting preferred
