Senior Marketing Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Marketing Project Manager in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
* Leading enterprise technology initiatives across AI, data, and integrations; Translate strategic priorities into technology capabilities and business outcomes through cross-functional program leadership, including oversight of scope, schedules and budgets
* Enterprise AI Infrastructure: Drove delivery of UNFI's AWS Bedrock environment, establishing a foundation for enterprise AI development and adoption
* Agentic AI Enablement: Orchestrating the hardening and governance of the Microsoft Power Platform environment to establish a secure foundation for agentic development in Copilot Studio
* Enterprise AI Adoption & Governance: Contributing to UNFI's expansion of Microsoft Copilot and agentic AI capabilities through the rollout of Microsoft 365 E7 licenses to approximately 2,400 users; Driving license enablement and identity-based access and feature controls, coordinating technical deployment and user training, and supporting security enhancements through vendor engagement
* AI Solutions & Prototyping: Directing the delivery of three AI agent prototypes on AWS Bedrock, coordinating development efforts across two consulting partners
* Enterprise Data & Analytics: Driving Databricks enablement, including planning and execution of associated reporting and application migrations, while advancing adoption of its advanced analytics and AI capabilities
* SAP Transformation: Overseeing the management reporting workstream supporting UNFI's SAP transformation, including execution of its reporting strategy using SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC)
* Commercial & Vendor Management: Engaging in vendor negotiations, contract optimization, and workforce strategy across enterprise technology initiatives, delivering measurable cost reductions

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience managing brand and/or creative projects
* Expertise with Asana required
* Experience with managing brand guidelines and brand application across various assets and channels

Strong preference but not required:
* Experience with supporting an organizations rebrand or brand rollout
* Proven track record in marketing project management with mastery of PM tools
* Experience with Airtable is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
