Core Technologies: Frontend with React + TypeScript, Backend with .NET/C# Web APIs

Core Platform on Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
Integrations & Cloud: SAP via REST APIs and Azure + Azure DevOps.
Optional Feature: AI for smart dunning and ML prediction models.
