Job Title: Senior Integration Lead Lawson (Infor) / AS400 (IBM i) Procure to Pay

 Project Overview

We are supporting a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementation of Zip for a client running Lawson (Infor) as their backend ERP system. The client also operates a custom middleware platform built on IBM AS400 (IBM i).

We are seeking a Senior Integration Lead to drive the design and delivery of integrations between Lawson ERP and the AS400-based middleware platform across P2P master and transactional data.

This role will interface directly with client technical leadership and oversee offshore development resources.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration design between Lawson ERP and AS400 middleware

• Architect inbound/outbound interfaces for P2P master and transactional data

• Define data mapping, transformation, and validation logic

• Oversee REST/SOAP and file-based integrations (CSV, XML, JSON)

• Implement logging, reconciliation, and error-handling frameworks

• Collaborate with P2P vendor team for end-to-end integration validation

• Drive SIT, UAT, and performance testing activities

• Support deployment and production stabilization

• Produce high-quality integration design and technical documentation

• Mentor and guide offshore integration developers

 Required Skills

• 8+ years ERP integration experience

• Strong Lawson (Infor S3 or CloudSuite) technical development experience

• Proven Lawson integration design experience

• Hands-on IBM AS400 / IBM i exposure

• RPG, COBOL, or AS400-based development understanding

• REST and/or SOAP API integration experience

• File-based integration experience (CSV, XML, flat files)

• Strong SQL and data transformation skills

• Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes (AP, Purchasing, Vendor lifecycle)

• Experience leading offshore developers

• Strong client-facing communication skills

 Nice to Have

• Experience integrating P2P platforms (Zip, Coupa, Ariba)

• Infor ION experience

• IBM MQ or messaging frameworks

• Experience in SOX-controlled environments

• Experience in blended onshore/offshore delivery model
