Job Title: SAP ERP Project Manager

Location: Jersey City, NJ Duration: Long Term

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ERP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP ERP implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure alignment with business goals, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP ERP project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Manage SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and upgrade projects
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams (FICO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.)
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
Manage vendor relationships, consultants, and third-party service providers
Ensure quality assurance, testing, and user acceptance processes are completed
Drive change management and user training initiatives
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
5 10+ years of experience in SAP ERP project management
Proven experience in SAP implementation or rollout projects
Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology
