SAP FICA / SAP BRIM Consultant

Lead the implementation and configuration of FICA, Convergent Invoicing, and Payment Services modules within SAP BRIM.

Customize and configure SAP BRIM solutions to align with business requirements and enhance financial processes.

Manage end-to-end billing, invoicing, and payment services processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Oversee the integration of Convergent Invoicing and Payment Services with other SAP modules such as BRIM SOM, and non-SAP systems like Salesforce. Technical Support and Troubleshooting

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FICA, Convergent Invoicing, and Payment Services integration issues.

Develop and implement solutions to optimize system performance and resolve discrepancies. Documentation and Training

Create detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams on SAP BRIM functionalities and best practices. Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of processes.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
