Required Qualifications

·        Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related healthcare administration setting.

·        Strong SQL skills for querying, validating, and analyzing data.

·        Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and system requirements.

·        Hands-on experience developing test cases, executing tests, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

·        Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

·        Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with project managers, developers, QA teams, business users, vendors, and other stakeholders.

·        Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a healthcare administration setting.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and healthcare claims and payment processing.

·        Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development practices.

·        Experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) or Medicaid-related healthcare applications.

·        Experience facilitating JAD sessions and coordinating with external vendors.

·        Experience supporting system releases, defect resolution, implementation, and production stabilization.

·        Experience developing end-user training materials and system documentation.
