Summary
Job Position: IFS Business Application Analyst
Location: Remote
Type: Full Time, Direct Hire role
Description: Own and support the IFS ERP environment from a business application standpoint, with a blend of business analysis, system configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, testing, documentation, and stakeholder support. This person will translate business needs into scalable IFS solutions, improve workflows, support UAT/upgrades/modifications, partner with technical teams/vendors, and help maximize business adoption.
Notes: This is NOT a pure functional BA and not a developer. The target candidate lives in a space in between the two roles who understands how the ERP is configured, how modules and workflows connect, how data moves through the system, and how to partner with developers or admins to resolve issues.
They are 3.5 years into their IFS Implementation, expecting to go-live in the next month. Currently nobody on the team with deep IFS knowledge/experience.
