  • Technical Documentation: Research, write, and maintain high-quality system engineering documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), administrator configuration guides, and end-user job aids.
  • Technical Discovery: Collaborate closely with USCG teams to research emerging technical solutions, translate operational objectives into discrete requirements, and maintain a project requirements matrix.

  • MTR Mastery: Proven engineering and deployment experience with Microsoft Teams Room hardware baselines, device profiles, and specialized room system features.
  • Intune & DoD 365 Expertise: Advanced hands-on experience managing mobile device management (MDM) / mobile application management (MAM) infrastructures via Microsoft Intune in a secure government cloud tier.
  • Compliance Automation: Direct experience translating and automating DISA STIG parameters into operational Intune configurations and automated compliance policies.
  • Systems Validation: Demonstrated capability defining test matrices, running multi-device pilot programs, and completing structured hardware/software quality assurance pipelines.
