RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Venetia, PA that is seeking an IT and Compliance Manager.

Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on IT & Compliance Manager to lead IT operations, cloud administration, vendor management, information security, and SOX IT General Controls (ITGC) compliance. This individual will oversee managed service providers, maintain critical technology platforms, and serve as the primary point of contact for IT audits and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day relationship with outsourced IT support providers and other technology vendors
* Conduct service reviews, monitor performance metrics, manage escalations, and drive service improvements
* Oversee onboarding, offboarding, device management, asset tracking, software licensing, and access administration
* Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure, AWS, Okta, endpoint management, and security platforms
* Troubleshoot technical issues, perform system configuration, manage permissions, and support cloud-based environments
* Own the SOX ITprogram, including access management, change management, IT operations controls, and audit readiness
* Maintain control documentation, risk and control matrices, system inventories, and supporting audit evidence
* Partner with internal and external auditors, coordinate walkthroughs, and manage remediation activities
* Support information security initiatives, vulnerability management, policy governance, business continuity, and disaster recovery testing
* Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, and Technology leadership to ensure compliance and operational excellence
* Manage vendor renewals, evaluate new service providers, and contribute to IT budgeting and strategic planning

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience managing IT operations, infrastructure, or corporate technology environments
* Experience managing outsourced IT support providers or managed service providers (MSPs)
* Hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure, AWS, and/or Okta
* Direct experience supporting or owning SOX IT General Controls (ITGCs) within a publicly traded or regulated environment
* Strong understanding of identity and access management, change management, cloud administration, endpoint management, and information security
* Experience preparing audit evidence, maintaining control documentation, and working with internal or external auditors
* Ability to gather and analyze system configurations, user-access records, and compliance documentation
* Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
* Experience supporting globally distributed teams and working across multiple time zones
* Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues while balancing compliance and operational priorities

Preferred Qualifications:
* Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, Security+, or ITIL
* Experience with Intune, Jamf, CrowdStrike, Box, PowerShell, or Python
* Familiarity with COSO, COBIT, NIST, CIS Controls, or ISO 27001 frameworks
* Experience supporting a publicly traded company and external SOX audits
* Experience working with cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity programs, and third-party risk management

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
