Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Supplier Management Program Manager for a contract position in Madison, WI. 
This role involves designing and implementing a strategic supplier management program to enhance supplier relationships and ensure compliance. 
The ideal candidate will utilize various technologies to streamline processes and manage supplier data effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Design and launch a centralized supplier management program with standardized policies and procedures.
Develop and implement supplier scorecards to measure performance and conduct regular reviews.
Create a supplier risk management framework and oversee mitigation plans.
Collaborate with internal teams to align supplier strategies with company goals.
Develop training materials and conduct workshops on supplier management processes.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
8-10 years of experience in Procurement, including Category Management and Strategic Sourcing.
Proven experience in program development or implementation within supplier management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
