Pay Range: $49 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform audits necessary to ensure compliance of manufacturing procedures.
- Establish auditing requirements and quality standards in accordance with regulations.
- Conduct internal audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance.
- Review documentation and complete inspections of returned goods.
- Work under general supervision, with your work reviewed for soundness of judgment and adequacy.
- Contribute to organizational projects and goals, representing the organization on specific initiatives.
- Manage frequent internal and external contacts to facilitate compliance efforts.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Experience with specific quality assurance tools and methodologies.
- Additional certifications in quality management or compliance.
- 6 - 9 years of experience in compliance and quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality standards.
- Ability to interpret complex documentation and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
