L1 Requirements
· Basic understanding of data center environments and IT hardware components
· Familiarity with structured cabling practices (copper and/or fiber preferred)
· Awareness of rack infrastructure (PDUs, rails, cable management)
· Basic understanding of airflow management; exposure to DX or direct-to-chip (D2C) liquid cooling is a plus
· Ability to follow technical documentation and standard operating procedures
· Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
· Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, working in confined rack spaces, standing for extended periods)
· Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a technical environment

They have any rack and stack or server break/fix experience. This project is unlike the Hi-fiber project and candidates in the interview are highlighting their cabling experience rather then server breakfix and Data center rack and stack knowledge.

Job Description:
· Proven experience in data center installations or similar hands-on technical role
· Strong understanding of rack infrastructure, server, storage, and network hardware
· Proficiency in structured cabling (fiber and copper) and cable management best practices
· Must have experience testing, running, and troubleshooting Fiber
· Experience with power distribution within racks (PDUs, dual feeds, redundancy concepts)
· Working knowledge of cooling methodologies:
· DX airflow management within racks
· Direct-to-chip (D2C) liquid cooling systems (installation, connection handling, and basic validation)
· Experience with system deployment activities:
· OS installation and imaging tools (e.g., PXE, ISO-based installs, or automated deployment tools)
· Basic BIOS/firmware configuration and hardware validation
· Familiarity with post-install validation and quality assurance processes
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and MOPs
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills during installations
· Ability to work independently and guide junior technicians
· Good understanding of health and safety regulations in data center environments
· Physically capable of performing installation tasks in demanding environments

· Maintain shift productivity and work quality discipline
· Conduct shift turnover and work-package continuity

· It has 3 Shifts, try to present for different shift timings.
