Summary

Job Title: Procurement Analyst
Location: Denver, CO
Our dept works a hybrid schedule, Mon/Fri remote, Tue-Thur in office.
Duties:
  • Manage contract requests for various Facilities and Professional Services categories
  • Review contract intake forms to validate required data fields
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify requested services
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers on escalating issues and other customer service needs
  • Consolidate information (site level facility details, vendor quotes, contract terms) to support RFPs and pricing analysis
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The position requires interaction with teammates in various departments and with supplier partners.
  • Computer skills in Excel and data entry
  • Able to work independently to balance multiple tasks
