Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in food production, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the site?s operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical and electrical skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Wanamingo, MN
Pay Range:$31.50 (+$1.25 shift differential) / Hourly
Shift: Sunday ? Thursday, 10 PM ? 6 AM
What\'s the Job?
\t- Perform all preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and safety. \t
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment including conveyors, fillers, labelers, and other machinery. \t
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems, PIVs, and electrical systems up to 480 volts 3-phase. \t
- Operate powered industrial vehicles such as forklifts and scissor lifts safely and efficiently. \t
- Record all work activities accurately using the current CMMS (SAP) system and communicate findings effectively.
What\'s Needed?
\t- High School diploma or GED required. \t
- Two-year Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechanical Technology preferred, or equivalent experience. \t
- Minimum of two years of industrial maintenance experience, including electrical and mechanical skills. \t
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and automated systems. \t
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
