We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Service Logistics / Depot Repair Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Service, SCM, and end-to-end depot repair processes.

Key Skills & Expertise:
- 15+ years of overall Oracle Functional Consulting experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Service Logistics / Depot Repair.
- Strong expertise in Depot Repair, RMA, Returns Management, and Warranty Management.
- Experience with Repair Work Orders, Repair Workflows, Parts Reservation, Ordering, and Fulfillment.
- Functional configuration of Service Requests, Work Orders, Repair Types, Status Flows, Charges, Estimates, Pricing, and Billing.
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, Subscription Management, and Spare Parts Management.
- Integration experience with Oracle Inventory, Order Management (OM), Costing, Service Contracts, Installed Base, and Field Service (OFSC).
- Exposure to Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle CX/CRM, and Subscription Management.
- Experience in BRD preparation, Functional Documentation, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and End-User Training.
